    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

  • HG Transportaciones cuenta con su código de ética, con el cual se mantiene el principio de derechos humanos.

  • Se instalaron buzones de comentarios y/o sugerencias en la que las personas nos dan a conocer cualquier cosa que tenga que ver con cuestiones ética entre otras.

    6. En la selección de candidatos es indispensable tomar en cuenta su profesionalismo, su capacidad técnica y sus habilidades, así como su experiencia y conducta intachable.
    Para ocupar una vacante se da preferencia a candidatos internos en igualdad de circunstancias. No son factores determinantes para la contratación de una persona su edad, sexo, nacionalidad, estado civil, religión y/o condición social.

    Aparte que uno de los requisitos para la contratación es que deben de laborar no menores de edad en la empresa.

  • HG transportaciones es sumamente importante el cuidado del medio ambiente, por lo que implementa las acciones correspondientes para cuidarlo.

  • Los tractos cuentan con sistemas aerodinámico para mejorar la eficiencia, dentro de la empresa se contrata compañía externa para separación de basura, se colocan además botes de reciclaje.

  • Se miden mediante auditorias de medio ambiente.

Anti-Corruption
