Labour

  • As the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Chapter of National Institue of Personnel Management, we organise events to empower operational and human resoure managers to respect the rights of labour. The evnts include, evening lectures and full day workshops.

    Discrimination of employees in the unorgansied sector is a menace to a nation and therefore, Heritage Medical Centre in collaboration with Heritage Foundation trains youth, particularly women in caregiving jobs for the elderly and those engaged in the jobs are offfered all socia security benefits and thereby eliminates exploitation of laobur

    We collaborate with National Institute of social Defence, Ministry of Social Justcie and Empowerment, Government of India to oragnise seminar, workshops and training programmes to empower caregivers to prevent abuse of dependent patients and ensure their human righst are protected.
