    I am pleased to confirm that Pajat-Solutions continues to support the ten principles of United Nations Global Compact in the areas of labour, human rights, environment and anti-corruption.

    In this document we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy and daily operations. We commit to share this information with our stakeholders.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • With clear and transparent communication with all of our stakeholders we make sure that we only participate in business with organisations that also support human rights. Participating in the UN Global Compact is regularly communicated.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Especially with our work with non-profit organisations around the world we show our strong support to the Human rights principles. Together with NGO and non-profit organizations we have built solutions that bring visibility to areas in the world where human right violation risks are high.

  • Pajat-solutions has been able to increase the amount of financial benefits in the form of discounts given to non-profit organisations in their work to monitor areas where human rights violations are a high risk. Together with NGO's we have also created measurements how much have their working methods improved when using our solutions.

Labour

  • Our culture is very open and low regarding power distance between employees. Labour rights we take very seriously and are committed to keep highest possible standards.

  • By daily conversations and open discussions we ensure the wellbeing of our employees. Insurance and clear written job contracts are also applied to ensure that labour rights are met.

  • Up to this date we have not had any legal issue or even minor issues with labour principles. This is possible because of written job contract and open discussion.

Environment

  • As a technology company that tries to improve the efficiency of field work by cutting down paper use and travelling we can say environmental protection is in the center of our business strategy.

  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • We have used in our promotions encouragements to cut down paper use. We have also participated in projects where our solutions were used in environmental monitoring.

  • Measurement of outcomes

  • By increasing the use of our solutions organisations are cutting down the use of paper and traveling. We are continuously monitor the amount of our solutions users. We have also encouraged them to measure the amount of traveling they are cutting down because of the use of our solution.

Anti-Corruption

  • We are committed to work with zero tolerance to corruption. With publicly pricing our solution we can provide transparency to our business.

  • With open communication with our stakeholders we ensure our stand in zero-tolerance in corruption is understood and respected.

  • Measurement of outcomes

  • We have not faced any legal cases or investigation concerning corruption, bribery or extortion. Our goal s to keep so with zero-tolerance to corruption.
