    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that Integrasys SA reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • We respect Human Rights in our operations and our supply chain.

  • Being an SME we don't have any operational measures (e.g. code of conduct) implemented but due to our corporate culture are aware of the topic and its relevance.

  • During this first year, no measurement has been implemented.

Labour

  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • We conduct our business in accordance with Spanish law and are mindful of labour-related risks.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • Due to our corporate culture are aware of the topic and its relevance. We apply the spanish law, which inherently, repect Labour rights. Risk management learning and health yearly revision is offered to workers.

  • In 25 years of history, Integrasys has track records with incidents of violation of labour principles or legal cases. Internally, we facilitate the channels to report any incident on this issues.

Environment

  • Integasys recognises that protection of the environment is becoming increasingly important in our world today and such actions should be implemented in our daily business. We also want to share our knowledge, and have resolved to help our partners be more environmentally responsible.

  • We inform our employees about relevance of environment protection. We encourage to avoid print of mails, reports, avoid travellling when it can be solved through audio or video telcos. We also implement action for reciclying

  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates environmental performance.

  • We encourage employees to recycle plastic bottles, paper, and avoid unnecesary travels when other environmental friendly communications channels are available. We analyze if each travel in the company is needed.

Anti-Corruption

  • Due to our corporate culture are aware of the topic and its relevance.

  • The Board is the responsible of the anti-corruption policy of the company. New employees receive the training to be aware of potential fraudulent situations,

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates anti-corruption performance.

  • No formal measures are in place but the issue is taken into account by the general management in it's daily business of running the company.
