    I am pleased to confirm that Langfang Ronghao Paper Product Co., Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

  • 我公司支持世界人权宣言,并根据我公司实际情况,制定了尊重员工人权的相关制度。

  • 我公司严格遵守全球契约和国际劳工组织的8个核心公约,并根据全球契约中第五项原则和国际劳工组织的核心公约中第138号:最低就业年龄公约,在我公司人事管理制度中规定了招聘的最低年龄为18周岁,从源头避免在我公司发生使用童工的情况。

  • 我公司根据ISO24001:2004环境管理体系,制定了环境运行控制程序等环境方面管理制度,明确各部门环境管理职责与权限,以确保我公司环境管理符合ISO24001:2004环境管理体系要求。

  • 我公司在管理制度中明确规定贪污公款、行贿受贿、利用职权收受、索取贿硌的行为属于违纪违法行为,公司视其情节给予书面警告/经济处罚,直至解雇,并根据其情节,保留追究其法律责任的权利。

  • 我公司根据经营情况,不定期举行反腐败和反勒索的会议,加强员工的反腐败和反勒索的意识,鼓励员工揭发腐败和勒索行为,此类行为一经发现,严惩不贷。

  • 我公司坚决抵制腐败和勒索,不仅在制度中规定此类行为的处罚条例,还鼓励员工揭发类似情况,并坚持对此类行为严惩不贷。同时由相关检查小组定期或不定期对采购、销售等岗位进行检查,并将检查结果进行通报。
