    I am pleased to confirm that Beijing Jiuzhoujiahua Investment Consulting Co.,Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Beijing Jiuzhoujiahua Investment Consulting Co.,LTD supports the principles stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ensures that all their employees abide to the same principles.
    All health and safety regulations required by the Chinese law are strictly followed.
    "Respect for Human Rights, People-oriented" is our long-standing business management principles. Within the company have relevant codes of conduct,and we also asked partners to respect human rights and prevent human rights abuses.
    Goals: To maintain the zero abuse record in the next year .

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Human Resources department is accountable for executing company policy regarding Human Rights.
    If any abuse is detected the following procedures are to be followed:
    Employees - An internal investigation is initiated and if the abuse is proved can result on the termination of the employee's contract.
    If Partners, business associates confirm abuse, the business relationship will be terminated ,and will be blacklisted in the future cooperation.

  • To date, the Company has not encountered major incidents of Human Rights violation, due to senior management frequently reassessing the Company’s policies and ensuring that its employees and stakeholders are treated fairly and equally.

Labour

  • Company's Labour policies are compliant with International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
    "No discrimination" policies are implemented in the company.
    Company support their staff safety, health, and wellbeing, and provide programs to help them balance work and personal commitments.

  • Beijing Jiuzhoujiahua Investment Consulting Co.,LTD has written guidelines to ensure that Labor Rights are respected and in case of violation, resolved with the best way.
    Below are a few examples of implementation measures taken by the Company:
    - Employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities;
    - Effective communication between top management and the staff.

  • Human Resources work in hand to ensure that all employees are given access to the same resources and treated equally in the work place. Every 6 months company labour policy is reviewed by the senior management team.

Environment

  • Beijing Jiuzhoujiahua Investment Consulting Co.,LTD has always advocated a low-carbon , environmental protection and sustainable development.
    Zero waste policy:
    Company implements a zero waste policy to minimize energy, paper and water consumption. The Administrative Department is responsible for the environmental policy of the company.
    Company wants to reduce utilities consumption by 20% in the next year.

  • Implementation

  • Company has put in place simple guidelines to reduce energy consumption in the work place and raise awareness among its stakeholders. For instance:
    - Windows shut when using air conditioning;
    - Turn off lights, air conditioning, computer equipment, including desktops, upon leaving the office;
    - Paper printed on both sides ;
    - Use public transport instead of driving Company cars.

  • No environmental incidents have been reported in this period. Every 6 months company environmental policy is reviewed by the senior management team.

Anti-Corruption

  • Description of the relevance of anti-corruption for the company (i.e. anti-corruption risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on anti-corruption.

  • Beijing Jiuzhoujiahua Investment Consulting Co.,LTD fully supports the UN Convention Against Corruption.
    Company’s headquarter is located in Beijing, China, and therefore faces a higher risks of corruption and bribery than in developed countries.
    In order to avoid such violations, the Company holds a strict zero-tolerance policy for corruption and bribery.

  • The Board of Directors is responsible for the Anti-corruption policy of the company.
    New staff receive specific training in anti-corruption policy.
    Any corruption situation detected that involves employees, business partners must be investigated and may lead to contract termination.

  • As a result of the Company’s policy, all employees are made aware of consequences related to corruption and bribery violations. To date, no corruption and bribery activities were detected during this period.
