    To our stakeholders:
    I am pleased to confirm that Sunpearl safety Ltd. and Xinke tannery reaffirms its support of the Ten Principle of the united nations Global compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on progress, we describe our action to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • 1. the sunpearl safety Ltd, and Xinke Tannery respect the protection of the internationally proclaimed human rights, and we are not complicit in human rights abuse.
    2. respect the Chinese labor law ;labor contract law and the national policy.
    3. Each year we send the a questionnaire to our main suppliers for requiring them to respect the ten principles.
    4.the Sunpearl Safety ltd, and tannery Xinke Tannery will continuous to respect and support the Chinese laws and policy ; ten principles and SA 8000.

  • 1.we have the Sunpearl safety Ltd and xinke tannery internal regulation to define the hiring process; wages; attendance; absence; disease; accident ; holiday ;hygiene and safety.....
    2. All the personnel have been trained ; on job or off job;
    3. All the personnel in the company should be respect and protect, the legal representative is responsible for ensuring a safety and health workplace environment for all personnel.
    4. The internal policy have define all the rules for respecting the human rights based on the Chinese law and policy , the ten principle and SA800

  • 1. if a human rights violation happen, it should be judged by the Chinese labor bureau according to the Chinese law and policy, make sure it is open and fair.
    2. we have set up a labor union to collect the information from the staff.
    3. the top management have a regular meeting with the workers' representative to communicate withe them to know what the workers want.
    4.we have a yearly audit about SA8000 by Intertek to make our improvement in human rights, safe; heath and environment

Labour

  • 1. we support t and respect the universal declaration labor and the other international standard. respect and support the ten principles and SA8000.
    2. we set up the labor union to communicate with the staff.
    3. we define the internal regulations to fulfill the requirements of the Chinese labor law and policy.
    4. A questionnaire sent to the main suppliers to communicate and require them to respect the ten principles and SA8000 yearly.
    5. we continued to respect and respect the labor law, the human rights and make the staff a better and better , safe and health workplace environment.

  • 1. we have set up the worker representative system, all the information from the workers can be reported to the general manager.
    2. Provide the training of safe and health training on job pr off job, make the safe practice.
    3. The wage for staff in time, wage including the normal working time and OT according to the labor law. provide the attendance and payroll record.
    4. we provide the personal protective equipment to personnel, provide the clean toilet facilities and clean water, provide the clean, safe dormitory, the dormitory and meal are free. provide the playing house and ground.
    5. we never hire a worker age under 16, we respect the Chinese woman and child protective Law.

  • 1. In HR department, we keep the information of all the staff.
    2. we have sign the contract with all the staff according to the labor law . all staff have the annual holiday, sick ; disease;accident holiday.
    3. we have a yearly audit by Intertek about labor and make our improvement accordingly.

Environment

  • 1. Respect and support the Chinese environment protective Law and relative policy. .
    2. Define the procedure of the environment.
    3. Requiring the main suppliers to take care the environment protection
    4. Contined to support the respect the Chinese environment law and relative policy. improve the staff concept of environment protection.

  • 1. we have set up our own waste- station to treat the rejected water ensure it meet the standard of rejected water in China. all the waste water must be treated before let out. a COD and others test implemented every two weeks.
    2. We have defined the procedure of waste management and have a regular review.
    3. the waste has been collected by an pointed collector and be put in a safe place.
    4. we use the water-based ink for logo stamping in production.

  • 1. We keen a communication with the Chinese environment bureau for the incidents.
    2. the Chinese make our company a regular audit about the environment protection and give us a report, for us we will make the improvement accordingly.
    3. the management have to checked the environment protect result and we have a review yearly.
    4. we have a yearly audit by Intertek on the environment protection.

Anti-Corruption

  • 1. we respect and support the Chinese law and relative policy and the ten principles. respect the SA8000.
    2. Define the internal regulations to make clear that the sunpearl Safety Ltd and Xinke tannery are zero-tolerance for corruption, all the corruption will be punished.
    3. Each year we have send our main suppliers a questionnaire for anti-corruption.

  • 1. we have defined the anti-corruption regulation for the company, and give all personnel this regulation.
    2. the worker can report all the information to general manager through the worker representative.
