Human Rights

Our aim to strength the human rights consciousness by working as much as internationally giving equal oppurtunities in all aspects from every country to all our collegues from all over the world.

  • FABRO has strict rules regarding the violation of human rights. Each employee can reach to the highest level manager and conduct the violation.

Labour

  • Starting to participate to the United Nations Global Compact as "FABRO", we have prepared a written labour right manual which is distributed to every employee. Starting from the first day the manual is explained to each labour one by one. FABRO's Labour Right Manual is also distributed to all Sub-contractors, business partners and stake holders.

  • As a construction company; in 2011 the management has taken a very important decision and determine that all the design procedure will be accordingly applicable with LEED Rating System (US Green Building Council). Design departmant is trained accordingly for zero emission, water effiency, energy and atmosphere, indoor enviromental quality.
