Human Rights

  • We have written policy on respecting to human right;
    We also require our suppliers to pay high attention on human right;

    In the coming year, we will build up new facility to protect our workers from possible danger and help them to be improved by training and learning.

Labour

  • We enroll new staffs according to the national law of labor and the regulation of local government;
    The labor contract will be signed by the company and workers within a week after the workers join in; there are terms saying the compensation and extra salary for some certain occupation;
    No child is allowed to join.

  • all workers are were protected from any risk and danger by facility and tool;
    We buy insurance for every worker, in case any danger happened, the worker can be were cared in hospital, we and the insurance company pay for the cost of heath care;
    New arrangement will be discussed between the company and workers before it is implemented;
    The salary is related to working intensity, knowledge, skills, working years;
    If staffs are willing to work for longer time, they can apply for extra work during peak season. If approved by the company, there will be extra salary paid by hour.

  • We treat the labor issues accoring to ISO9001.
    Every worker will be assessed per half a year on their job, they can be elevated to higher level if they did good job.
    People will be paid efficiently and sufficiently according to the national law if we end the contact of labor;

    We assessed the worker on the recycling of the left over pieces.

Anti-Corruption

  • Corruption is common in the industrial of building and construction, to be frank, it is hard to work without corruption sometimes in China. We fell victim to corruption several times in some bidding; but we always believe that the market and the country will be better if all business work with anti-corruption.
    All our partners and agent all around China were well trained to compet with others with anti-corruption.
