  • In our company we respect everybody's human rights and we support the universal declaration of human rights.Our company have already making rules:the leader must respect the employees and the employees respect the leader ,too.The same,we respect our customers and suppliers.
    The goal of the next year ,we continue to implement the rules of this year and improve personnel quality .Let the company members respect each other.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • We will organizate a series of activities to improve the employees 'consciousness of human rights.And establish the call center ,let the employees have a appeal place.The company leader will support these measures and do the activities better.

  • If we find that somebody break human rights,we will have a thought education to this person.Our Managing Director will check the results every week and tell us the human rights'importance and encourage us should do better .

Labour

    Text year ,we will make the detailed rules at labour rights and let our employees get the better security,

  • We will organizate a series of activities to improve the employees 'consciousness of labour rights.And establish the call center ,let the employees have a appeal place. We will improve our work environment to sure the employees'safe and health.

  • Our company environment is good In general,but some points need to be improved.Because the work environment will influence the employees 'efficiency and mood.We have maked some rules to improve our environment,such as,the employees'desktop must keep clear ,the air clear and so so.
    The next year ,we will keep the old ruels and the new rules will be maked.

  • Our company have already make some rules to corruption and bribery,we can't tolerate to appear this phenomenon .We will organizate a training to improve the employees' consciousness,strict to control the risk.We can commit this phenomenon will not happen ,if we find the matter and we will punish the persons strictly.
    The next year we will contiue support these rules and control the phenomenon stricly.
