    I am pleased to confirm that AVV Ith Ihr Tic Ltd Sti based in Istanbul - TR reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    You will find below actions taken and projects on the way to strenghten our position. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • As of 2010 our company has published its own quality booklet where points related to Human Rights are mentioned.
    same time we have made our applications for ISO certifications.
    Regular internal trainings has been started and communication tools towards external parties has been started to use.

  • We have implemented a call center and an online communication tool through our web site.
    Human Resources Dept. has been founded and actively joined the company daily life.

  • We have made application of audit through and external company.
    According to results actions will be taken and this audit will be performed yearly.

Labour

    Mutual understanding statement has been signed with all emnployees related to rights, responsabilities and etc.
    Labor agreements has been completed and filed.

  • We have implemented a call center and an online communication tool through our web site.
    On the other hand, our Law Office has made an internal seminar informing all of our employees about their rights
    ISO Certification application has been made related to working conditions and office conditions to guarantee the maximum standarts.

Environment

  • We have completed our written company policy related to environment responsabilities announcing it internally and externally to third parties.
    We have made our application for becoming a green office to WWF.

  • We have modified all of our suppliers towards those guaranteeing recycleable materials.
    Internal awarnees meeting has been perfotrmed and continiung.
    we are preferring more andmore environmental friendly technologies incourraging our employees to expand this also to their private lifes.
    We are also choosing in our field of activities companies to work with where the sensitive to this topic is higher.
    We do regularly send emails and have information corners in our web site about what can be done to improve the quality of liffe and to save the world from the possible future dangers.

    Through our external audit company we are evaluating our status and where we can improve.

Anti-Corruption

  • We have written company policy about zero-tollerance on corruption, bribery.
    we have continuos meeting where this topic is regularly touched.
    We are implementing every possbile system for the identification if any happens.

  • We have our call center and online communication tool through the web, besides this we do partecipate to NGO's and supporting them for the improvement of the anti-corruption awarness.

    we do regularly share informations and increase the level of awarness to our employess and consequently we do strictly declare our position and thoughts to all of our business parties.
