Labour

  • The biggest challenge that lies ahead for ADAMPOL SA, as a logistics operator, is to reach limitless flexibility, while maintaining the highest possible quality standards and lowest costs. The processes that we implement take account of and support the company’s environmental policy. It provides for sustainable usage of natural resources in a manner that does not significantly affect the environment and effectively minimizes or eliminates emerging threats.

  • Given the big size of our truck fleet, air pollution emissions put the biggest strain on the environment. We solve this problem in two ways. Firstly, by keeping our fleet up-to-date. Secondly, by responsibly managing the transport process. In 2013, we purchased and introduced 71 new trucks. Thanks to the work of our dispatchers, which is supported by advanced IT tools, we effectively decreased the share of empty kilometers and optimized the efficiency of our vehicles.
