Kikkoman communicates with stakeholders on sustainability issues in its Annual Environmental Report, which is published every year since 1998 (see page 20 of the report for more details on the Group’s communication on environmental efforts). The report describes Kikkoman’s corporate structures to promote environmental preservation and the company’s efforts to prevent Environmental Pollution. The report also addresses other environmental issues such as Ecological Procurement (Green Purchase), Eco-Friendly Products Development and Environmental Accounting.

In the report, Kikkoman’s Chairman and CEO reiterates the company’s commitment to the Global Compact principles (see page 1).
