  • Statement of support

    We hereby confirm our continued support for the Global Compact. We find the Global Compact to be a valuable tool when working towards upholding social and environmental ethics throughout all links of our work.
    Sustainable development must be integrated in everyday business activities and for the company's success is important to conduct a business model that takes into account the economic, social and environmental impact.
    We have put our effort, resources and knowledge into making the 10 principles integral part of our work, management, business strategy and operations, and to communicate them to our "stakeholders" (employees, partners, customers, government bodies and media / public).
    I herewith confirm our long term commitment to the United Nations Global Compact goals. It is our intention to support and implement the UN GC principles continuously in the future whenever and where ever it will be possible.

Human Rights

Labour

  • Our employees are the strength of our business and success. We strive to create a working environment based on a positive approach to relationships with others, where individual differences are honoured and valued.

  • OptimIT complies with all legal requirements related to labor rights. Regularly submits reports and forms relevant institutions. Based on these reports it is evident that all obligations to employees are duly executed.

Environment

  • We are constantly working on harmonizing the ethical, environmental and economic values of our business activities in a way necessary for a sustainable development.

  • OptimIT has in place certified quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. In this context, company has established software development methodology and variety of procedures that shall deliver quality of deliverables, but also excellence in communication and organization of everyday working activities. We also achieved ISO14001:2004 standard for environmental management.
    In our work we pay special attention to use environmentally friendly technologies and recommend so to our clients. We create software applications that save papers, energy and working time in offices operations.

Anti-Corruption

  • We are committed to conduct our business in complete accordance with the local and international anti-corruption law regulations and procedures.

  • We especially do not tolerate any form of extortion or bribery from any part. The transparency of our business is our imperative.

  • Once a year we have Internal audits to ensure consistency with anti-corruption commitment.
